SHFC’s three-peat success: Achieving 100% resolution and compliance rate

The Social Housing Finance Corporation (SHFC) has achieved 100% compliance and resolution rate from the Office of the President’s 8888 Citizen’s Complaint Center (8888 CCC) for three consecutive years.
This accomplishment highlights SHFC’s commitment to delivering efficient and responsive service to its clients and continuing to prioritize timeliness and integrity to ensure satisfaction with clients’ concerns.
From January to December 2024, SHFC addressed and resolved 28 concerns within the 72-hour prescribed turnaround time and received one commendation from the stakeholder.
The 8888 CCC was institutionalized on October 14, 2016, through Executive Order No. 06 and has been one of the channels used by the public to lodge their concerns to government offices. Since its inception, SHFC has been committed to ensuring its enforcement and will continue to uphold the highest standards of service delivery.
