SHFC, Pulilan LGU officially launch MOM’s Ville 4PH project

Pulilan, Bulacan – The Social Housing Finance Corporation (SHFC), in partnership with the local government of Pulilan, Bulacan, held the grand launching of MOM’s Ville, a housing project under the Pambansang Pabahay para sa Pilipino (4PH) Program, on Friday at the Bukid Government Center in Brgy. Peñabatan.
SHFC President and CEO Federico Laxa led the event alongside Pulilan Municipal Mayor Maria Rosario Ochoa-Montejo, marking the formal commencement of the project.
Following the launch, PCEO Laxa and Mayor Montejo, joined by Department of Human Settlements and Urban Developement (DHSUD) Assistant Regional Director Atty. Naiza Mae De Los Santos, representing DHSUD Secretary Jose Rizalino Acuzar, along with other key officials, conducted a site inspection to monitor the ongoing construction progress.
Also in attendance at the event were SHFC Support Cluster Senior Vice President Atty. Leo Deocampo, SHFC 4PH Central Luzon Head Prandy Vergara, SHFC Bulacan Manager Myrna Sipcon, and Pulilan Municipal Administrator Leovigildo Garcia.
MOM’s Ville is among the over 80 active 4PH projects–the flagship national housing initiative of President Ferdinand Marcos, Jr., being implemented by SHFC and is expected to deliver over 1,000 housing units in Bulacan, contributing significantly to the national government’s housing initiative.
