SHFC joins housing caravan opening in San Jose del Monte City, Bulacan

The Social Housing Finance Corporation (SHFC) participated in the Housing Caravan with the theme Asensong Ramdam, held at the Convention Center, Brgy. Sapang Palay Proper, San Jose Del Monte City, Bulacan, from November 4-7.

Initiated by the Chairperson of the House Committee on Housing and Urban Development, Representative Florida “Rida” Robes, the caravan aims to provide assistance to the beneficiaries of housing projects in the city.

Representing SHFC President and CEO Federico Laxa, SHFC Bulacan Branch OIC-Manager Myrna Sipcon delivered a message reinforcing the agency’s commitment to empowering communities through its various housing programs.

Also in attendance were representatives from the office of Rep. Robes, City Mayor Arthur Robes, the DHSUD, HDMF, NHA, NHMFC, and various Homeowners’ Associations from the city to provide further support and engage with its housing beneficiaries, SHFC set up a booth at the event, where attendees could inquire about the corporation’s shelter initiatives.
