SHFC Awards Titles and Certificates to the member-beneficiaries in San Jose del Monte Housing Caravan

The Social Housing Finance Corporation (SHFC) awarded Transfer Certificates of Title and Certificates of Award to over 200 beneficiaries during the third day of its Housing Caravan: Asensong Ramdam, held at the San Jose del Monte City Convention Center in Bulacan on Wednesday.
Led by SHFC President and CEO Federico Laxa and House Committee on Housing and Urban Development Chair Rep. Florida “Rida” Robes, SHFC awarded 68 Transfer Certificates of Title and 148 Certificates of Award to member-beneficiaries of the agency’s Community Mortgage Program and High-Density Housing Program, respectively.
Senator Imee Marcos, Chairperson of the Committee on Urban Planning, Housing, and Resettlement, attended as a guest of honor. In her remarks, she expressed support for expanding housing programs that will address the public’s needs.
Also present were SHFC’s Accounts Management Senior Vice President Josefina Banglagan, Recovery Projects Vice President Annicia Villafuerte, Program Development and Enhancement Vice President Atty. Maria Rosalie Richa Taguian, and Corporate Planning and Communications Vice President Florencio Carandang, Jr.
As a leading implementer of President Ferdinand Marcos Jr.’s flagship Pambansang Pabahay Para sa Pilipino (4PH) Program, SHFC is actively working under the guidance of DHSUD Secretary Jose Rizalino Acuzar to deliver housing solutions nationwide. Currently, SHFC is overseeing 12 projects under the 4PH initiative, which collectively aim to deliver over 45,000 units. These form part of 111 shovel-ready projects with a target of more than 505,000 housing units by 2028.
