Public Advisory | Relocated Frontline Services

Starting June 18, 2024, due to renovations at the BDO Plaza Building, several SHFC Head Office’s frontline services will be relocated to the third floor. This includes the Information and Public Assistance Desk for inquiries, as well as all Payment Transactions (Cashier), Encoding of Abstract of Collection (Accounts Division), and Releasing of Titles and Cancellation of Mortgage (Legal Department).

We assure you that all frontline services will continue uninterrupted.
