Holy Week Advisory

In line with Memorandum Circular No. 81 from the Office of the President, SHFC will implement adjusted work arrangements on Wednesday, April 16, 2025.

From 8:00 AM to 12:00 NN, employees will be on a Work-from-Home setup. During this time, select services will be available through SHFC’s official social media channels via the IPAD team, and clients may also reach out to their assigned Account Officers.

As an exception, personnel from the Treasury Group, Accounts Management Cluster, and Title Unitization and Assets Management Group will be onsite at the Makati Head Office to handle essential transactions. Select regional branches may also have staff available for coordination and limited concerns. Clients are encouraged to contact their local Account Officers before visiting any SHFC branch.

Starting 12:00 NN, all SHFC offices will be CLOSED, and operations will remain suspended on April 17 and 18 (Maundy Thursday and Good Friday) under Proclamation No. 368, s. 2024.

Regular operations resume on Monday, April 21.
