More than 1,500 participants joined the two-day Community Needs Assessment for Aleja Residences, a Pambansang Pabahay Para sa Pilipino (4PH) project spearheaded by the Social Housing Finance Corporation (SHFC) in partnership with the local government unit of San Jose del Monte City, Bulacan.

Held on March 15 and 22, the orientation was led by 4PH Central Luzon Head Prandy Vergara and SHFC Bulacan Manager Myrna Sipcon for prospective member-beneficiaries of the Aruga Homeowners’ Association in Barangay Poblacion. The sessions provided an in-depth overview of the 4PH process, including interviews, documentation, and the prequalification of prospective members.

Present at the event were SHFC South Luzon Vice President Jimmy Manes, Housing and Homesite Regulation Office Officer III Rezelda Belen Valenzona, Aruga HOA President Perfecto Jaime Tagalog, and personnel from the Title Unitization and Asset Management Group, as well as the Bulacan, Laguna, and Pampanga branches.

SHFC’s 4PH projects continue to make progress in several locations across the country, including San Fernando City, Pampanga; Davao City; Tagoloan, Misamis Oriental; the Tondo and San Miguel districts in Manila; Puerto Princesa, Palawan; and Pulilan, Bulacan.
