62 land titles awarded to El Regalo HOA in Zamboanga

Zambowood, Zamboanga City – Sixty-two member-beneficiaries—33 female and 29 male – from El Regalo Homeowners Association, Inc. in Zamboanga City received their Transfer Certificate of Titles (TCT) from the Social Housing Finance Corporation on August 25.

Representing SHFC President and CEO Federico Laxa, Zamboanga Branch OIC-Manager Gina Lumbre led the first title awarding. The event was part of the celebrations lined up for the 36th Anniversary of the Community Mortgage Program.

Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development Region 9 OIC Division Chief of HOACDD Engr. Wilsa Allani graced the event to represent OIC-Regional Director Roland Eta.

Established in 2010, El Regalo Homeowners Association, Inc. has a total of 136 members.
