On July 22, some 120 families rendered homeless by the Marawi siege in 2017 now have houses they can call their own. This came after the homepartners received their certificates of house and lot award during the turnover ceremony of the Darussalam Village in Barangay Dulay Proper, the second phase of the Marawi Shelter Project.

Social Housing Finance Corporation (SHFC) President Atty. Arnolfo Ricardo Cabling joined Task Force Bangon Marawi Chairperson Sec. Eduardo del Rosario in the event, which took place five months after the first batch consisting of 109 homepartners transferred to the Hadiya Village (Marawi Shelter Project Phase I) in Barangay Dulay West.
