SHFC recognizes Top Performing Communities at the 36th CMP Anniversary in General Santos City

General Santos City, South Cotabato – The Social Housing Finance Corporation (SHFC) acknowledged outstanding communities during the celebration of the 36th Community Mortgage Program (CMP) Anniversary, held on August 29 at Venue 88 Resort & Events Place Corp., General Santos City, South Cotabato.

Representing SHFC President and CEO Federico Laxa, General Santos City Branch Manager Juana Leonora Melodias led the event with an opening remark. The key highlights included an orientation on the latest policies and guidelines regarding the Reportorial Requirements of Homeowners’ Association (HOA) to the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD), delivered by HHRO III Mary Lorynail Faith Penollar from DHSUD Region XI, the awarding of Certificates of Appreciation to Top-Performing Community Associations, and Title Awarding.

The top 10 in Collection Efficiency Rating (CER) were as follows:

2. Melcah, Village HOA, Inc.
3. Urban Dwellers HOA, Inc.
4. Amurao HOA, Inc.
5. Purok Sibuyan HOA, Inc.
6. Dac Ville HOA, Inc.
7. Melecia HOA, Inc.
8. United Fellow Calumpang HOA, Inc.
9. Integrated Lot 14-B HOA, Inc.
10. Foremost Village HOA, Inc. Phase I

The title recipients included 28 member-beneficiaries from Integrated Lot 14-B HOAI (18 females, 10 males), 18 member-beneficiaries from Foremost Phase II HOAI (6 females, 12 males), and 6 member-beneficiaries from SRS Amazing Grace HOAI (1 female, 5 males).

The event was also graced by Councilor Atty. Dominador Lagare, Jr., representing Mayor Lorelie Pacquiao, SHFC Gensan Branch OIC-COD James Naquita, DHSUD Region XII MPA-Chief, HOACDD Rowena Nimuan, and SHFC Gensan personnel.
