SHFC joins this year’s 2nd Quarter Nationwide Simultaneous Earthquake Drill

In a display of disaster preparedness, Social Housing Finance Corporation (SHFC) personnel participated in the 2nd Quarter Nationwide Simultaneous Earthquake Drill 2024 at the Makati City Head Office earlier this afternoon. An alarm initiated the drill, prompting personnel to perform the “drop, cover, and hold” maneuver, simulating an earthquake response.

SHFC personnel from various floors then evacuated the BDO Plaza building and assembled at the designated open area along the Valero Access Road. SHFC’s participation in regular quarterly drills underscores its commitment to promoting preparedness among its employees in the event of earthquakes or any eventuality of disasters.
