SHFC earns back-to-back “unmodified opinion” from COA

The Social Housing Finance Corporation (SHFC) earned a back-to-back “unmodified opinion” from the Commission on Audit (COA) for its financial statements for the calendar year 2024–highlighting SHFC’s consistent commitment to fairness and transparency in its financial reporting.
In the Independent Auditor’s report, COA’s opinion read, “The Auditor expressed an unmodified opinion on the fairness of presentation of the financial statements of the SHFC for the years ended December 31, 2024, and 2023,” COA stated.
