SHFC and BHSO discuss 4PH 1Bataan project

On Monday, Social Housing Finance Corporation (SHFC) President and CEO Federico Laxa hosted a meeting with the Bataan Human Settlements Office (BHSO) Chief Christopher Leonzon at the SHFC head office in Makati to discuss the 1Bataan Village under the Pambansang Pabahay Para sa Pilipino (4PH) program.

The discussion focused on project plans and updates, including the approval of the layout and unit pricing for the said housing project.

As one of the implementers of President Ferdinand Marcos, Jr.’s flagship 4PH Program, SHFC is actively working under the guidance of DHSUD Secretary Jose Rizalino Acuzar to provide accessible and affordable housing solutions for Filipino families.

To date, SHFC’s 4PH projects are progressing in several locations, including San Fernando City, Pampanga; Davao City; Tagoloan, Misamis Oriental; Tondo and San Miguel districts, Manila and Puerto Princesa, Palawan. Additionally, over 100 projects are in the pipeline, aiming to deliver approximately 415,000 units.
