Notice to Contractors and Developers

The Social Housing Finance Corporation (SHFC) announced that contractors and developers with accreditation issued before September 2022 are required to apply for re-accreditation under the Community Guided Financing (CGF) Guidelines pursuant to the amended Section 2.5.2 of SHFC Corporate Circular No. 23-065, Series of 2024. This amendment is also known as the Amendments to SHFC Corporate Circular No. 23-062, Series of 2023, which provides the Amended Implementing Guidelines for the Community Guided Financing Framework.
