Atty. Glenda R. Rumohr-Figueroa graduated from De La Salle University (DLSU) – Manila in 2008 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. She obtained her Juris Doctor degree in 2013 from the Ateneo de Manila School of Law and is currently taking up her Master’s Degree in Public Administration specializing in Fiscal Administration at the University of the Philippines (UP) Diliman.

Atty. Rumohr-Figueroa is a government official appointed as Assistant Secretary of the Department of Finance in July 29, 2022 with more than a decade of working experience in government focusing on public administration, public management, public policy, law, research, project management in local government, and stakeholder engagement. She was initially designated Assistant Secretary of the Privatization and Corporate Affairs Group (PCAG) – now known as the Privatization and Partnerships Group (PPG).

She has served in various capacities having moved around the different branches of government including the City Government of Taguig, the Office of the President of the Philippines, the Sandiganbayan, the Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA), and the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD).
